Coca de Trempó

Coca de trampó is, along with ensaimada, one of the most widespread recipes in Palma’s bakeries. The recipe is easy to make. It basically consists of placing the ingredients of this tasty salad, the trampó, on a bread dough and baking it in the oven for half an hour. The result is a traditional dish with a lot of character that will not go unnoticed by any palate.
